The State department has issued another travel advisory to stay out of Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, CD Juarez and the roads leading to Monterrey. A leader of the Zetas has been captured, his release is being persuaded through continued street violence and the kidnapping of women and children. The Marines have been ordered into these areas to help combat the Zetas and cartel activities. Kidnappings have also been occurring on the Roads to and from these cities. A mass grave was found in Monterrey with a total of 51 bodies. Everyone working in any of these areas should exercise extreme caution.
